Configure Default Field Selection for Enrich from Notes

What's new?

Admins can now control which Enrich from Notes fields are auto-selected by default when Amplify suggests high-confidence record updates. In Amplify Admin > Entity Settings, admins can configure the default selection behavior for each field, giving them more control over how recommendations appear to users when creating or editing notes on Candidate, Contact, and Job records.

Why does it matter?

This update lets admins align note enrichment behavior with their organization’s data entry standards. It helps reduce unintended field updates while still surfacing relevant suggestions for users to review.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for Amplify customers. Admin users can configure which fields are auto-selected by default under Amplify Admin > Entity Settings.
